Responsibility :
1. Architect In-House
Making template design, doing design development, modification & custom desing, responsible for product design provided to customer.
2. Drafter
Producing working drawings and visualizing designs / designs planned by In-House Architect through 2D and 3D drawings
3. Project Planning & Control
Plan, monitor, coordinate, and evaluate the work of the entire Architect Lane Unit team on a daily basis, ensuring every job is on-track and completed efficiently and effectively.
4. Quantity Surveyor
Creating, managing, implementing, and controlling the quantity construction operational activities, in cluding calculating the project budget.
5. Sobat Arsitek
Ensure customer and partner satisfaction, buil networking and recruit Architect Partners, responsible for selling design Sobat Bangun.
Requirements :
- Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil/Architect)
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
