1. ACCOUNTING STAFF
Job Descriptions :
  • Compile and make company financial statements
  • Compile and make documents relating to corporate banking data
  • Posting an Operational Journal
  • Enter Journal data into the system
  • Reconciliation and adjustment of Financial Data

Requirements :
  • Maximum age of 27 years
  • Education min S1 in Economics majoring in Accounting from a Leading University
  • Preferably have experience in the field of capital markets / financial institutions and BIG 4 would be advantages
  • Preferably understand Taxes
  • Adaptable & detailed person
  • Had worked in an accounting firm be a plus


2. BRANCH MANAGER
Responsibilities :
  • Manage Team & Achieve sales targets 
  • Maintain good relationships with customers

Requirements :
  • Professional, Hardworking and Disciplined
  • min S1 from any major, preferably majoring in business & economics
  • Preferably a minimum of 3-5 years experiences in same position (capital market / Banking sector)
  • Target oriented & Team player
  • Preferably have a WPPE (Wakil Perantara Pedagang Efek) License

3. COMPLIANCE STAFF
Job Descriptions :
  • Preparing important reports and earning statements, by gathering and documenting data and reviewing reports for regulatory compliance;
  • Supporting Compliance Manager to ensure that the company is compliant and successfully passes audit. Should any non-compliance issues surface, this position also assesses and resolves the issue;
  • Developing and keep the control systems on the track to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies;
  • Make sure the efficiency of controls and improve process;
  • Supporting Compliance Manager to making procedures, reports etc periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues;
  • Maintaining relationship with OJK.

Requirements :
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree major in Accounting or Finance or any major from reputable university with GPA min. 3.00
  • Minimum 1-3 years of working experience with a combination of professional working experience 
  • Detail-oriented and can spot errors and discrepancies report quickly and accurately;
  • Possess excellent communication skills, particularly written to develop reports;
  • Knowledge in OJK regulations;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel and Power Point;
  • Experience in compliance especially in sekuritas or asset management industries;
  • Professionals of high ethical standards with high drive to complete their duties with business mindset.

4. SALES MUTUAL FUND
(Jakarta, Bogor, Semarang, Banjarmasin, Jambi, Makassar, Yogyakarta, Ambon, Medan, Balikpapan)
Responsibilities :
  • Achieve sales targets for stock products
  • Maintain good relationships with customers
  • Provide recommendations and market updates as directed by the Research Team

Requirements :
  • Professional, Hardworking and Disciplined
  • min S1 from any major, preferably majoring in business & economics

6. HEAD OF RISK MANAGEMENT
Job Descriptions :
  • Proactively providing risk management advice across the company, proactively identifying emerging risks and advising the Board on appropriate risk management options;
  • Reporting on key risks, including agreeing mitigating controls and escalating other risks (e.g. in relation to specific deals);
  • Overseeing risk reporting to the Board on risk management best practice;
  • Conducting reviews of current or emerging high risk and high profile activities;
  • Helping managers at all levels across the organization ensure that risk management is embedded at an operational level within the business and that staff at all levels are aware of and manage risk as a core part of their responsibilities;
  • Providing early risk management advice to the Board and senior managers on new or unusual activities (e.g. major acquisitions, expansion into new markets);
  • Advising or training staff at all levels on core and on-going risk management issues (e.g. anti-fraud practices, the identification of ‘red flags’ and the importance of customer / supplier due diligence).
  • Acting as the company Anti-Fraud Officer with involvement in sensitive fraud cases;
  • Building and motivating a small team of risk management advisors


Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree major in Accounting or Finance from reputable university with GPA min. 3.00
  • Minimum 5-8 years of working experience with a combination of professional working experience Professional Risk Manager (PRM) certification may be beneficial
  • Thorough understanding of the business or organization's goals and values
  • Computer, data entry and MS Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to handle private, sensitive, confidential information appropriately
  • strong attention to detail and organization
  • Strong working knowledge of risk management and previous experience working with risk (i.e. risk assistant or risk analyst)
  • Solid research skills using the internet and first-person interviews
  • Experience working in securities and asset management


7.LEGAL
Job Descriptions :
  • Drafting and reviewing a range of contracts to support the Company's business and day-to-day operations;
  • Providing day-to-day legal support for multiple divisions under the Company;
  • Ensuring legal compliances of the Company - including licensing/reporting matters, creation and implementation of policies, standard operating procedures, and guidelines. 

Requirements :
  • Bachelor of Law from a reputable university in Indonesia;
  • At least 4years of experiences in private practice in reputable law firms or at least 4-5 years of relevant professional experiences as in-house legal (especially in payment technology companies) 
  • Significant experience in drafting and negotiating legal documents 
  • Sufficient knowledge or experiences in advising on the topic of data protection is a plus
  • English proficiency is a plus
  • Able to work under pressure, motivated, independent, highly responsible, and able to take initiative
  • Strong interest in payment tech industry.


8. FINANCE ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Job Descriptions :
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including: month and end-year process and reports, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger.
  • Responsible to manage the monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities.
  • Prepare financial reporting and ensure all financial information reported is accordance with the accounting policies and regulators.
  • Manage annual financial statements audit, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and principles.
  • Responsible for the reporting timeliness of the management and statutory accounts.
  • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principals.
  • Guides other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy; applying observations and recommendations to operational issues.
  • Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls. Coordinate with the related financial institutions and government agencies
  • Assist in the annual budget and preparation of budget P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
  • Ad-hoc assignments/projects as assigned by the senior management.
  • Assist for budget controlling for all division and prepare Actual vs Budget report for monthly and quarterly.
  • Improving current budgeting and forecasting process, analyzing inefficiency and potential business risks.

Requirements :
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree major in Accounting or Finance from reputable university with GPA min. 3.00
  • In depth knowledge of PSAK and willing to improve the specific regulation and law by the regulator.
  • Knowledge of SAP accounting software system will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 5-7 years of working experience with a combination of professional working experience in Big 4 firm.
  • Willing to work hard, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
  • Strong leadership and Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English/Bahasa Indonesia and ability to work in a team environment
  • Attention to details and accuracy


9. TAX MANAGER
Job Descriptions :
  • Direct a variety of tax-related activities in accordance with the overall tax strategy to ensure that the organization meets its tax obligations and objectives. These activities may include: tax planning; research; compliance; tax submissions, reporting and filings; auditing; and communicating with external tax agencies.
  • Take the lead in managing tax audit process and timely engage relevant stakeholders including consultants to support the process including data collection and timely escalation of issues to relevant stakeholders
  • Manage ongoing relationships with, external consultants and advisors (for example tax advisors) to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
  • Evaluate the organizations current or proposed activities, policies, business practices, and transactions to ensure that they comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and review complex tax planning projections for corporate estimate liabilities.
  • Advise senior management on tax matters and on the potential impact of current and future laws and regulations on the operation of the organization.
  • Ensure that all tax returns, tax declarations, and other required reports are submitted accurately and on time.
  • Lead, direct, evaluate organizations tax strategy is implemented accurately and consistently and in compliance with all relevant regulations, laws and standard.

Requirements :
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring Accounting or Finance from reputable university with GPA min. 3.00
  • Solid knowledge of Indonesian Tax and Accounting law and regulations
  • Have a Tax License A or B.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of working experience with a combination of professional working experience in Big 4 firm and currently holding the most senior tax role in any leading corporation in Indonesia 
  • Willing to work hard, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
  • Strong leadership and Excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English/Bahasa Indonesia and ability to work in a team environment
  • Familiar with e-SPT and MS Office
  • Attention to details and accuracy
