Job Responsibility :
- Managing the incoming sales proceeds and the related A/R days in ITM & its subsdiaries
- Sourcing and negotiating the terms and conditions to sercure the funding source
- Managing the banking relationship to support the business needs
- Reviewing and providing recommendation to manage the commodity hedging risk
- Continuous improvement in the collection process and risk management
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree of Economics, Banking, or Statistics
- Min. 7 years of experience in related function
- Having knowledge and experience in trade finance in banking, commodity hedging and audit or internal control
- Good in leadership and coaching skill
- Good communication in English and computer literacy

- Coordinate and supervise Financial System implementation in ITM & its subsidiaries
- Monitor the implementation of Finance application systems are in line with Finance policies & procedures and make any improvements or change if necessary
- Propose any system-related initiatives that may improve business process
- Supervise the filling & documentation of financial transaction to support audit from internal as well as external parties.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree of Accounting Information System
- Min.5 years of experiences in accounting or finance area or implementation ERP in Finance area
- Having understanding end to end Finance business process
- Good computer application skill, especially ERP SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Office

Job Responsibility :
- Responsible and ensure readiness of Pre shipment documents and shipping instruction in each shipment prior vessel arrival for smooth loading operation.
- Analysis terms and conditions of the Letter of Credit (L/C) in accordance with coal sales & purchase agreement.
- Develop and share information of shipment details of purpose of royalty payment (e-PNBP).
- Manage shipment details and develop sales summary to ensure account receivable from buye.
- Generate invoice from Mine market application and register sales record of each transaction into Oracle system.
- Analysis computation of coal price adjustment in accordance with coal sales and purchase agreement.
- Create shipments database and ensure completeness of shipment documents in e-shipment card for audit purpose and monthly report to ESDM.
Qualifications :
- Diploma or bachelor's degree any major
- More than 2-year experiences in marketing and shipment support, preferable in cool business.
- Have knowledge and experience of LC Export, Mine Market and Oracle System.
- Good analytical thiking
- Computer literacy
- Good communication in English
