Lokernas.com - PT Asuransi Jiwa IFG (IFG Life) didirikan pada tanggal 22 Oktober 2020 dan menjadi bagian dari PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia (Persero) (BPUI) sebagai anak usaha yang bergerak di bidang asuransi jiwa.

IFG Life berdiri sebagai perusahaan asuransi perlindungan (jiwa dan kesehatan) untuk melengkapi dan memperkuat ekosistem BPUI sebagai BUMN holding asuransi dan penjaminan yang memiliki posisi strategis dalam pengembangan produk dan layanan asuransi proteksi yang maksimal, sehat, dan komprehensif, yang dilandasi oleh tata kelola yang baik dan manajemen risiko yang kuat dan penuh kehati-hatian, serta mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan teknologi untuk memperluas akses layanan sehingga layanan proteksi dapat diberikan secara maksimal kepada nasabah. IFG Life memperoleh izin operasinal dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) pada tanggal 07 April 2021.

Dikutip dari @ifg.life pada hari Jumat (08/04) diinformasikan saat ini IFG Life membuka lowongan kerja untuk sejumlah posisi antara lain Data Governance, Customer 360, Dashboard Development, dan Data Analytics & AI. 1.DATA GOVERNANCE
Requirement :

Min.bachelor’s degree majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
Min. 3+ years of experience in data governance/ data management/ data gathering/ data quality/ data migrant/ data prep/ data architecture.
Familiar with Agile methodologies or Project Management.
Having a good knowledge about Data Governance principles and practices-related to DAMA.
An analytical, problem solver, strong commitment to ethics person.
Having a strong relationship build with various stakeholders.
Fully motivated and able to work on multiple tasks and high pressure.

Job Description :

Lead and manage all organization-wide data governance activities.
Responsibility for improving the quality and managing the protection of sensitive data and information assets.
Establishing and ensuring adherence to an enterprise data governance framework for data policies, standars and practices, both at the department and Business and Functional areas level, to achieve the required level of consistency, quality and protection to meet overall business needs.

2.CUSTOMER 360
Requirement :

Min.bachelor’s degree majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
Min 3+ years proven experience in Customer data management in CRM/exposure to big data/Hadoop tehnologies and analytical tools will be a plus.
Having good knowledge in data related projects and skilled at modelling, mapping, and profiling with proficiency in data base.
Strong business acumen with technical knowledge and a proven track record of driving innovation and architecture with a customer-first mindset.
Excellent ability to solve complex problems and highly analytical person. Proven ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity, and rapid change.

Job Description :

Lead the Customer360 analytical and data model capability.
Run solution management related to Customer360 with partners (Product Development, Technology, and business teams) to identify needs, opportunities, and gaps, and solve problems.
Communicate solution architecture details and roadmap to scrum teams who in-turn will translate them into user stories and deployment plan.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of the business process, drivers for change and recommend the right solution.
Maintain the inventory and knowledge base on business processes, business capabilities and technical components along with other architectural artefacts e.g data architecture and integration architecture.
Brainstorm and negotiate effectively with various stakeholders to continuouly come up with the best design and solution on customer360.

3.DASHBOARD DEVELOPMENT
Requirement :

Min.bachelor’s degree majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
2+ years of experience with an Expert in PowerBI and or other visualization/ dashboards tools.
Experience gathering requirements from business user and using feedback to iterate and improve upon products.
Strong and organize in visualization skill and design.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Proven experience managing geographically diverse teams and/or teams in a matrix organization.

Job Description :

Manages data feeds, analysis, report writing and dashboard creation for various division/department areas and identifies data trends and opportunities for improvement.
Oversee the data/report requests process : tracking requests submitted, prioritization, approval, etc.
Understands and translates customer requirements for reporting and other data-related request and reommends data and analytics reporting solutions to support decision-making.
Designs data reports and dashboards based on various user requirements.
Reviews existing reporting infrastructure, tools and standards and recommends improvements.
Effectively manage time, prioritize work, and multi-task across several project assignments.
Trains and mentors report developer/analysts on reporting and analytical tools and practices.
Troubleshoots reporting issues and system failures and promptly implements and documents corrective actions.

4.DATA ANALYTICS & AI
Requirement :

Min. bachelor’s degree majoring in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or any related field.
Min 3+ years proven experience in data analyst/machine learning/data engineer.
Having basic understanding of programming languages, such as Python.
Strong tehnical skills, including Python, SQL, R, Tableau.
Proven experience for exposure of Big Data platforms.
Excellent ability to solve complex problems and highly analytical person.
Knowledge about insurance industry would be an advantage.
Proven ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity, and rapid change.

Job Description :

Analyze and explain AI and machine learning (ML) solutions while setting and maintaining high ethical standards.
Grow, mentor and lead AI & data science team, Ensuring that team members are clear about expected standars of performance, motivated and developed to provide effective and efficient services.
Provide expertise in statistics and probability, and the evaluation of data use, algorithms and models.
