Requirements :
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Having minimum 10 years of experience in the same field
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and customer contact skills
- Results and service oriented with an eye for details
- Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
- Understand the overall market, competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand
- Have broad network in indonesia property sector
Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement and manage the business plan and strategic sales strategy
- Monitor the sales team production and activities through daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Oversee the administration of the sales team concerning internal communication, filing systems, office workflow processes, inventory control and daily correspondences with clients
- Monitor and supervise the gathering of marketing statistics, current market trends and implement strategies according to the analysis conducted
- Monitor and control the database of the property ensuring regular updates
- Recommend the solutions and strategies to further improve the sales performance
- Ensure that the sales team is trained to effectively negotiate with the clients to assist the property to achieve the necessary results
- Draw up together with the sales team and concerned departments necessary sales promotion and packages
- Participate in brand promotions and other group marketing activities as required to benefit the property performance
- Maintain regular contact with the clients and report any adverse comments to the management for rectification
- Pro-active in searching new opportunity/account in line of company strategic goals
- Increase business occupancy and revenue and promote the identity of the property though maintaining a good relationship with clients
- Manage the connection with corporate business entities both local and international.
