Requirements :
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Internal Audit and Risk Management
- Preferably have experience in the property industry
- Able to work full time
Responsibilities :
- Conducting audits regarding relevant work units, preparing audit working papers, and giving recommendations regarding issues found in internal audits.
- Managing the risk management process, from monitoring, reporting, and consulting risks regarding operations or business processes.
- Conducting incidental risk assessments, reporting and compiling risk management frameworks, and conducting risk measurement regarding operational risks and those that have an impact on the continuity of PT ITJ's corporate business.
- Distributing and disseminating documents regarding audits and risk management.
Requirements :
- A Bachelor of any majors, preferably Management/Industrial Engineering.
- Has experience of working in business, business process improvement, knowledge management, and business development.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in preparing business plans for company and Board of Directors, and their realization, as well as assessing corporate Key performance Indicator (KPI).
- Carrying out the company's strategic planning activities including designing the Company's vision and mission, Rencana Jangka Panjang Perusahaan (RJPP) and other strategic planning through research and studies for the continuity of the company's business, as well as carrying out company performance including monitoring the milestones of RJPP achievement.
- Assist in making management strategies and extracting the company's growth potential through the company's corporate business model as well as financial modeling/feasibility studies (such as projected Cash Flow Statement, Income Statement, and Balance Sheet) for new estate and property projects.
- Assist in making annual performance reports and evaluations, also carry out all administrative activities to support business expansion.
