1. Maintenance Scheduler
Job Description:
  • Operate and maintain high availability, cost effective solutions in our Sorting centers and Distribution Hubs.
  • Responsible for scheduling maintenance work in a way that minimizes equipment downtime and impact on operation activity.
  • Support the team to ensure that the system is reliable and operating at peak performance.
  • Work with a team of highly skilled and highly engaged engineers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of working as Maintenance Planning / scheduling in highly automated factories.
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree (S1) in electrical / mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Willing to be employed under contract employment

2. Hub Lead/FM Planner
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
  • Memantau dan memastikan pengiriman barang tepat waktu mulai dari pengambilan hingga pengantaran ke customer
  • Melakukan koordinasi dengan team Warehouse, Line Haul, dan 3PL mengenai pengiriman
  • Menjaga setiap pengiriman untuk mengurangi risiko paket hilang dan rusak
  • Memantau semua transaksi di Hub
  • Mengawasi aktivitas inbound dan outbound
  • Melatih dan mengembangkan kinerja staff di Hub

Persyaratan:
  • Memiliki ijazah SMA/SMK, Diploma, atau Gelar Sarjana di bidang apapun
  • Memiliki 3 tahun pengalaman sebagai Supervisor / Koordinator khususnya dalam Logistik / Supply Chain atau sejenis
  • Memiliki pengalaman di Last Mile / First Mile
  • Memahami seluruh proses planning, shipping, dan warehousing
  • Mahir dalam menggunakan Microsoft Excel
  • Domisili dan bersedia ditempatkan di area JABODETABEK & BANTEN

3. Rider Team Lead
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
  • Memantau dan memastikan pengiriman barang tepat waktu mulai dari pengambilan hingga pengantaran ke customer

4. Maintenance Technician
Job Description:
  • Preserve the excellent conditions and functionality of our Automated Sorting Equipment.
  • Conduct quality inspections to assess equipment condition, identify any potential issue and estimate the expected lifetime of sorting equipment.
  • Execute preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance and equipment repairs.
  • Design and execute modification and improvement of the equipment.

Requirements:
  • At least a Diploma degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Automation / Mechatronic Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent practical experience with in depth knowledge of maintenance procedure, Conveyor systems or Sorting systems.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in Maintenance Engineering position.
  • Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
  • Able to read and understand engineering documents, like; drawings, diagrams, blueprints, schematics and other technical drawings.

5. Account Executive
Job Description : 
  • To inform any changes in operations flow to our partners
  • As a problem solving agent to help SPX Express Partners if they face any issue
  • Conduct training to new partners onboard
  • Following up to partners regarding the lost parcels
  • Align with related stakeholders to solve lost parcels issue
  • Monthly incentive report
Requirements : 
  • Have a minimum Bachelor’s Degree
  • Have the related working experience in Account Executive is preferred
  • Outstanding communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (written & verbal) and a good understanding of English
  • Able to work under pressure at a fast-moving working pace
  • Enjoy roles that revolves around account management & doing repetitive daily operation
  • High attention to details, highly organized, and dependable
  • Proficient in Ms. Excel, Google Sheet & Google Slide
  • Willing to be employed under Contract employment with a possibility to be extended/converted to a permanent position

6. Courier Management Admin
Job Description : 
  • Create Rider/Driver's account for all facility
  • Update and edit account if any request from operational team
  • Manage account data and activity by Workforce Management System
  • Improved the procedure and flow related to courier account management
  • Provide database
Requirements : 
  • Min. SMK / SMA graduate
  • Min. 1 year of working experience in Administration
  • Proficient in excel and google sheet
  • Willing to work with shifting schedule
  • Willing to be employed under contract employment

7. Customer Service Quality Assurance
Job Description : 
  • Check Claim Team ticket interactions and ticket data from WFM (Workforce Management) to assess the quality of claim team problem solving based on both the QA (Quality Assurance) Scorecard and QA standard quality
  • Real time sampling in order to review Claim Team Agents service quality
  • Sit in/live observe the Claim team, in order to find the root cause of finding and its support needed
  • Calibration to make sure all departments have the same perception of Claim Team Agents service quality
  • Provide regular coaching for Claim Team agents in order to maintain and improve Claim Team Agents service quality
Requirements : 
  • Min. Bachelor's Degree in any major
  • Min. 1 year of working experience in Customer Service/Claim Team/Telemarketing as Quality Assurance (previous experience as a Team Lead is welcome to apply)
  • Able to use Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheet formulas
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to quickly adapt to new changes
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Possess strong commitment to team environment dynamics with the ability to contribute expertise for team improvements
  • Willing to be employed under Contract employment

8. Real Time Floor Monitoring (RTFM)
Job Description:
  • Responsible for real time management to ensure right staffing availability, monitor handling time and aux utilisation
  • Key contact person for business continuity planning (BCP)/ Crisis management to ensure SL (service level) and AR (augmented reality) attainment
  • First level support to agents on technical / tools related issue
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience as workforce planning or real time monitoring analyst
  • Being able to work independently
  • Being flexible and adaptable
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Demonstrate teamwork all the time
  • Have a good expertise using CRM Ticketing System, Google Sheet and Microsoft Excel
  • Willing to be employed under Contract employment
