1. ACCOUNT OFFICER
Job Description :
  • Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
  • Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assisting with monthly close processes.
  • Contributing to the development and review of annual operating budgets and performance projections.
  • Maintaining documentaion for accounts, payable, purchasing, and treasury and conducting internal audits.
  • Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Meeting processing and reporting deadlines.
  • Responding to information request, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audits.


Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
  • At least two years experience in accounting or related field
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to read and analyze financial reports
  • Experienced using accounting software



2. TALENT MANAGER
Job Description :
  • Day to day business affairs of our artist and negotiating potential business deals.
  • Conducting research developting and presenting the ideation to potential clients
  • Create and implementing marketing strategies to promote our artist
  • Arranging, securing and marketing publicly events, such as gigs and performance
  • Willing for scouting potential talents


Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication / Management / Marketing / Business or a related field required.
  • 2+ years of progressively more responsible positions in music industry/artist management, preferably in a similiar industry media & creative.
  • Good communication skill both oral and written, Fluent in English is a must.
  • A highly organized person that could manage tasks and projects to meet the deadline.
  • A problem solver person and have a sense of risk management.



3. ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Job Description :
  • Finding new clients, meeting and briefs for closing.
  • Communicating with Client on daily and monthly basis.
  • Creating a proposal based on the brief from clients (KOL Profile & budgeting)
  • Coordinate with strategic and creative team for the creation of the creative proposal.
  • Create and send guidelines to KOL’s
  • Execute campaigns
  • Campaign Reporting
  • Sales Administration (Invoice, PO, SPK)
  • End-to-End sales activity for several clients (Approaching, pitching, dealing, reporting and client maintenance).


Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication / Business / Marketing or a related field required.
  • 2+ years of progressively more responsible positions in sales, preferably in a similar industry media & creative.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, & closing skills with prospects & customers.
  • Experience managing external, including media and business partner relationships.
  • Have a great strategy and action on how to increase Branding Awareness.
  • Must be proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Proactive, detail minded, good network and communication skills both in Indonesian and English.
  • Have a potential in initiative and leading a social media campaign.


4. DIGITAL CREATIVE
Job Description :
  • Able to handle social campaigns for brands and monitor marketing campaigns on social media, also able to handle final promo.
  • Create a day content on our social media platform and able to make monthly content planning and mood board plan for all social media channels (Priority Instagram & TikTok)
  • Create a social media campaign strategy to meet our KPI; increase our brand awareness through impressions, increase followers growth, and maintain a good engagement rate.
  • Brief social media team to give a clear direction for monthly contents and every projects
  • Review content output that has been created by social media team (in term of creative copywriting & visual design)
  • Create ads boost strategy & budgeting planning, also review & report ads boost performance
  • Develop campaign and make sure the team execute the project well according to timeline & kpi target
  • Give direction to work together with social media team and agency to deliver a good social media campaign output (TVC, model & product photoshoot, social campaign)


Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication / Marketing or a related field required.
  • 2+ years of progressively more responsible positions in digital content on social media, preferably in a similar industry media & creative.
  • Good communication skills both oral and written, Fluent in English/Mandarin is a must.
  • Have a strong ability in content planning and creative direction in terms of campaign output and visual design.
  • A highly organized person that could manage tasks and projects to meet the deadline.
